Pinky’s Beach, Rottnest Island
Problem:
The eco-village at Pinky’s beach was the first building to be constructed on Rottnest island in 30 years. It’s an iconic, ecologically fragile site, and all materials had to be transported to site via ocean going barges.
Solution:
We were able to construct the luxury eco-tents, restuarant, bar, landscaping & pool within a tight timeframe by timing material supply with weather windows.
Results:
Pinky’s Beach holiday park is a top-rated attraction. The park has minimal impact on the environment, & remains a popular destination for West Australia tourists.

Discovery Parks Bunbury
Problem:
Bilco’s brief was to install 25 prefab cabins and the infrastructure to complete the discovery parks campsite. The deadline was tight, and involved coordinating many suppliers.
Solution:
Bilco ensured all the prefab buildings were completed to the required specifications, and oversaw all the sub-contractors work to reach a high quality finish.
Results:
The work will be finished June 1st, when the camp has started taking bookings. All the infrastructure, code compliance, & amenities will also be completed for that date.
